- Briefing on clinical year by Sr. Fathin. I am in group A with Salihah, Ayat, Hazirah and Ida.
- We will start with IPD in HTAA next week until 06.08.2009

14th July 2009
- Orientation at HTAA with Sr. Jamilah
-Things to be included in logbook: all formula (E requirement, Anthropometry, Biochem data, Enteral products, etc.), NCP Form, list of food
-Briefing on setting and procedure during IPD
-Ward round
- Going to KP and Teruntum, lunch at Benteng. Penat...

- My 23rd birthday!
-Orientation at Klinik Kesihatan Bukit Sekilau with Sr. Aishah
-Briefing on setting and procedure during OPD
- Meeting with groupmates, logbook should be done tomorrow night.
-Mimi belanja secret recipe! Terharu...

16th July 2009
- Photocopy pamphlets & booklets from resource room & print flip chart
- Prepare NCP form
- Finishing logbook materials
- Gathering with juniors

17th July 2009
- Briefing on Final Year Project by Sr. Aflah
- Finishing the logbook materials (designing, photocopy, binding)
